New Signing – Sam Tingle

What’s better than one new signing? How about two? We’re delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Sam Tingle who joins the club from Retford FC

Sam brings plenty of local experience both of NCEL and NPL football, having previously played for Hemsworth Miners Welfare, Pontefract Collieries and Ossett United where he was alongside the gaffer at the time

The Gaffer had the below to say about securing Sam’s services:

’I was made aware Sam had become available earlier in the week, so looked to bring him into the club. We had him at Ossett, in the league above, where he came in and was fantastic for the run in.

Very energetic with a good footballing brain, he will add further quality to our midfield options. I look forward to working with Sam again’

Sam will be available for the FA Cup game tomorrow against Brighouse Town
