The November games come thick and fast as we are once again in NCEL action, travelling to Bottesford Town for our latest fixture, kick off is at 3:00pm
It was late heartbreak that brought our recent winning run to an end as Emley snatched a 96th winner to come away 3-2 victors on Tuesday night. However, it was a performance to take a lot of positives from and shows how far we’ve come in the recent months to give the league leaders a serious fright. Time to push onto the next one!!
Our hosts Bottesford also know what it’s like to suffer late heartbreak at the hands of Emley, falling to a 1-0 defeat in stoppage time a few weeks ago. They currently find themselves 20th in the league table but recent results have shown an upturn in form. They have only lost their last couple of league games 1-0 and have had a solid run in the FA Vase, losing to Ramsbottom on penalties last week so it will be a very tough game despite the league positions
