Dearne PSF Cancelled

Unfortunately, our upcoming preseason friendly this Saturday against Dearne and District has been cancelled.

We currently have a number of 1st team players away and a number more have picked up knocks in the recent friendlies. Therefore, we have had to act in the interest of protecting our players ahead of the campaign

Whilst a side could have been fielded, it would not have been a representative team for ourselves, which would have benefitted neither us nor Dearne. Therefore, it was discussed and agreed mutually between the two management teams that the best action for both clubs would be to cancel the game.

We will now return to action for the start of the new NCEL season when we welcome Albion Sports to Westfield Lane on Saturday 26th July
