2026/27 WOMENS 2ND XI FIXTURES
We are delighted to announce our Womens 2nd XI fixtures for the upcoming S&HWGL Open Age 4 Season.
Frickley Athletic Women’s Second XI now know the schedule that awaits them for the 2026/27 Sheffield & Hallamshire Women’s & Girls League season, with their campaign getting underway at home on Sunday 20 September.
The Ladies 2nd XI will welcome FURD for their opening game of the season before remaining on home soil a week later, when Barlborough Juniors Ladies visit on 27 September.
October begins with another home fixture, with Brodsworth Main FC Development making the trip to Frickley on 4 October. The Ladies 2nd XI then head on the road for the first time this season, travelling to New Lodge WMC Ladies on 11 October before another away fixture against Scawthorpe Scorpions J.F.C on 18 October.
November is the busiest month of the campaign, with five fixtures scheduled. The month begins with the return game against FURD away from home on 1 November, followed by another trip on 8 November to face Barlborough Juniors Ladies. The Ladies 2nd XI then return home to host Courage FC Women on 15 November and West End Terriors Women’s First XI on 22 November, before ending the month on the road against Sheffield Medics Women on 29 November.
December brings three more fixtures, beginning with a home meeting against Scawthorpe Scorpions J.F.C on 6 December. The Ladies 2nd XI then travel to face Courage FC Women on 13 December before welcoming Sheffield Medics Women on 20 December for the final scheduled fixture ahead of the Christmas break.
The Ladies 2nd XI begin 2027 at home, with New Lodge WMC Ladies visiting on 10 January. January concludes with an away trip to Brodsworth Main FC Development on 31 January.
The currently scheduled league campaign then concludes on 7 February, when the Ladies 2nd XI travel to face West End Terriors Women’s First XI.
