Working Mornings at the Wezzie

It’s that time of year again, the new season is approaching fast and it’s time to get the Wezzie back looking to it’s best in anticipation.

So, starting from this Saturday 10th May, the Wezzie will be open for those who would like to come a lend our dedicated band of volunteers a hand in completing the pre season preparations.

The ground will be open from around 9am each Saturday from this week until the start of the season, so even if you’re busy this week, consider just giving an hour in a few weeks time.

Tasks will include maintenance activities around the ground as well as the big indoor paint of the pavilion so there are jobs for everyone to get involved in.

It takes a lot of work from a very small group of people to keep the Wezzie maintained so any time, no matter how little, that you can spare would be greatly appreciated.

If you have any questions or queries, please get in touch. And hopefully we’ll see some of you at the ground over the next few weeks as preparations for 2025/26 continue
