Morgan James commits for the upcoming 2023/24 campaign!!
The former Doncaster Rovers, Stafford Rangers, AFC Mansfield, Belper Town, Hyde United and Sheffield FC midfield magician is a terrific edition to the Blues squad
Assistant manager Blake Campbell commented: “Morgan has been in our sights for quite some time. We’ve kept an eye on him since he featured for Doncaster Rovers back in 2017 against the Black Cats
After a single conversation with Morg’s, it was evident that his eagerness and energy would be of tremendous value to the club both on and off of the pitch.
As a player, he’s one of the top box to box operators I’ve seen at this level, a sharp, witty and versatile player with solid work rates. He’s an energetic player with nous in which he applies not only on the pitch but in training as well.
He’s adapted immediately into the way we work and has bought into the culture of the club along with his teammates.
Morgan is another huge signing for us and is the 5th new local player to join our ranks. Both Pat and myself are looking forward to working with Morg’s for the upcoming season”
