An update on ongoing discussions between the First Team management, Frickley Academy and Frickley Foundation about a ‘One Club’ policy
A fantastic meeting between 1st Team Manager Pat McGuire, 1st Team Assistant Manager Blake Campbell, Academy Manager John Powney and Frickley Foundation lead Greg Gardham
Discussions comprised mainly on the topic of ‘Bridging the Gaps’ to strive towards a ‘One Club’ game mode with an emphasis on the player development pathway from Junior Grassroots to First Team Football at Frickley Athletic, centred around our community ethos and one club mentality
Furthermore complimented by strategies and plans to increase the opportunities for ages 16+, women’s football, Frickley Foundation and our youth section in totality.
Other topics such as more frequent CPD training for all coaching staff lead by Pat McGuire and Blake Campbell were also discussed
The unity of all parts of the Frickley family is a main priority for everyone at the club this season and these discussions will continue throughout the forthcoming weeks
