New Academy Board
We are delighted to announce that we have created a new Academy Board to further develop our Club’s fantastic academy.
The main board are absolutely adamant that we create a full pathway for local young people to be part of the Frickley Athletic family and also gain the very best opportunity to play for their local First Team and beyond.
With eight teams now representing our academy, it is vital that we create this new management team and structure. This is to help our existing academy volunteers, whilst also setting out the strategy to deliver the very best football coaching methods and ensuring that we always take into account the safeguarding and physical and mental well-being of each and every child.
Roles and Responsibilities:
John Powney – Head of Academy
Jane Smith – Head Secretary of the Academy
Greg Gardham – Assistant Head of Academy
We are also looking to form a management committee where we need the following volunteers:
Child Protection Officer
Treasurer
Equipment Manager
Media Manager
Fundraising Manager
