About the club:
Frickley Athletic Football Club are based in the heart of SESKU. With the increase in girls teams at the club it has become apparent that the club needs a pathway into ladies football to give the ladies something to aspire to. Recently the huge success of the Frickley Ladies Rec team shows what can be achieved in a small amount of time.
The new Ladies side will play 11v11 in an Open Age Division in the 24/25 season (league to be discussed with manager).

As a new team we aspire to create and manage a good standard squad which can compete well in the open aged divisions and play for promotions in coming years.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute training to a high standard. Ensure all team members are well informed of training arrangements.
Inform the team of travel and meeting arrangements for all home and away games.
Work collaboratively with coaches to recruit players to represent the club.
Encourage players have pride playing for the club and to conduct themselves professionally in representing the club.
Ensure players play with integrity and do not bring the clubs name into any disrepute.
Attend committee meetings when required.
Take responsibility for personal conflicts of interest, declare, record and manage these appropriately.
Qualifications:
Passion and commitment towards coaching a newly formed Ladies side. Time and dedication essential.
UEFA C preferred but not essential in the early stages as the potential to earn coaching badges can be discussed.
