Jake Hemingway Extends Stay!! The former FC Halifax Town and Barnsley Academy player commits for the upcoming 2023/24 campaign
Assistant manager Blake Campbell commented: “It may seem as an ongoing trend, however Jake is another honest player. He is both extremely coachable and will go that extra mile to rectify any shortcomings. His attitude to improve and his execution to facilitate these improvements is what makes him an important member of this squad going forward. We both look forward to working with Jake this season.”
Hemingway commented: “Thoroughly enjoyed my first season in men’s football at Frickley and it was a no brainer to stay on for this season at a great club, especially with the upcoming plans that both Pat and Blake have got in mind.”
The defender featured 21 times for the Blues last season and he is yet another great retention for the 2023/24 squad!
