This Saturday let’s get back to winning ways – we are at home to Tadcaster for a league fixture, 3pm kick off.
The squad is a bit stretched at the minute so we could do with plenty of you at the game to make a difference. If you’re lucky enough to have a friend, bring them along. If you’ve got enemies (which seems more likely) bring them along too.
All the usual jewels will be there for your delectation – the bar & snack bar will be open, our award winning programme will be on sale (for the ridiculously low price of £2), & you could win an absolute fortune on the Golden Goal & Half Time draws.
If anyone is at a loose end on Saturday morning – the ground will be open from around 9am as we continue to renovate & tidy up. Main task this week is dealing with the remaining debris from the vandalised fencing at the Pit End – everyone welcome, the more bodies there are, the quicker the jobs get done.
We are always on the look out for extra pairs of hands to help on matchdays – if you can find a spare hour or 2 we would be delighted to hear from you. Just make yourself known to any member of the management team or any of the team that you see working on a matchday.
