Frickley finally return back to the Wezzie after a large number of away fixtures, as we welcome Thackley AFC in the NCEL, kick off is at 3:00pm
The Blues are in a fine run of form at the moment, having won the last 4 games in all competitions by an aggregate scoreline of 18-2 so both the forward and defensive lines are operating at peak performance at the moment
However, high flying Thackley will pose a very tough test to this recent run of form. They’ve had a strong start to the season, currently sitting 4th in the league table. Their last game was a 1-0 victory away at Bottesford last weekend and will be looking to carry on their form
It’s also the McGuire Derby as it’s the first time manager Pat McGuire has faced his former side since taking the reins at Frickley
So come along and support the boys at home. We’ve had some really good attendances recently so would be great to keep that up particularly given how well the lads are playing at the moment
