Friday nights are made for football, especially when the lights shine down on a fiery local contest like this one!! It’s our 4th home game on the spin and the visitors to the Wezzie are our friends and rivals from Garforth Town, kick off is at 7:45pm
The lads will be brimming with confidence ahead of this one, having made it 4 league wins on the spin for the first time since December 2019 with last Saturday’s 4-1 victory over Golcar. Let’s hope we keep that momentum going and continue the superb start to the season!!
Our opponents Garforth have had a relatively slow start to the season by their usual high standards, with only 1 win from their opening 5 matches. However, that win was a confidence boosting 5-2 victory over Rossington Main last Saturday so our visitors will be looking to kickstart their season into gear!!
So come along for what has the making of being a Friday night cracker. Would be great to get a big number through the gate to support the lads particularly for a local derby
