CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY – DEVELOPMENTS FOR 2025/26

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY – DEVELOPMENTS FOR 2025/26
As part of our close season activities, we asked you for your ideas on how we could make the match day experience better (off field).
We have listened and the volunteers have done amazingly to do much of what was suggested.
Neil (with help from Jacob) has installed a disabled ramp from the pavilion to the terraces and we have got rid of the steps making access to the pavilion safer and easier.
A new PA system/speaker has been installed to enhance the announcements over the tannoy and comments regarding promoting future fixtures, playlists and content are noted.
Chris and Phil have improved the areas outside the pavilion with wood chip and the fenced area behind the pavilion goal has been cleared thanks to our sponsors RJ Gardeners. Fencing mended and painted thanks to Greg, Phil, Mark, Mila and Tommy.
The changing areas and public areas of the pavilion have been painted, thoroughly cleaned and made ready for the new season thanks to Joel, Ian, David, Laura, Ella and Josh (who also ate copious amount of biscuits), Jerry, Karen, Jack, Chris, Hannah and Penny.
Jerry has given the outside of the bar a coat of paint to make it now look much brighter. Neil has installed new ladies toilets in the bar.
The snack bar will now serve meal deals for adults and kids with new servings for kids of chicken nuggets. Opening will be a little earlier to accommodate those arriving before 2.30pm on Saturdays or, 7.15pm on midweek games. We will also introduce a ticket system in place after half time so that your food is cooked fresh for you.
A new ‘drinks only station’ will be open in the pavilion from 2.30pm – 4.30pm on Saturday games or 7pm – 9.15pm or midweek games to make it easier if you only want a drink and to reduce queues at the snack bar.
Terry has been renewing the yellow safety lines agreed of pre season.
The club shop and half time draw sales have been merged with Laura leading on the club shop going forward.
The seating in the stand will be cleaned down before the first game.
Much of this work has been allowed to happen as a result of the pitch squares sponsorship. Thank you for your sponsorship.
And a huge thanks to all the volunteers who have attended and helped through the close season, we really do appreciate all the hard work and support you have given.
As a side note, one of the issues raised was the car park and road to the ground.
We would like to point out this area is outside our control, we continue to discuss improvements with the relevant parties.
