We regret to announce that the supplier has failed in their promise to get the hats for Christmas. This batch we went with a local supplier who we’d been In contact with in regard to these.
We were told and sent a photo Tuesday (17th) of the competed products, having offered to come collect them so we could get them to you we were advised that they will be shipped which again we were told this was actioned Wednesday (18th) without receiving a tracking number for us to check on.
At the time of writing this 16:30 (23rd) we still haven’t received a tracking number or the delivery. Which leaves us no time to get the ones delivered or open up for you to collect before Christmas and, as such, they won’t be available to collect or purchase at our Christmas shop this evening
A message from the interim chairman regarding the hats.
I’m devastated that we haven’t been able to get these to you before Christmas as we promised. I put my trust in a local supplier to keep the connections with the club and suppliers in the area rather than far away and we’ve unfortunately been let down, we’ll certainly be careful in choosing our next supplier when we order merchandise in the future. Once again I offer a personal apology about this, letting supporters down is something that should never happen and certainly won’t happen again while I’m here.
We apologise to everyone who pre ordered one of our bobble hats in advance of Christmas that these have not arrived in time, and for any inconvenience this causes you.
